Alvin Robert Davis

Alvin Robert Davis, 68, born February 16, 1952 in the beautiful historic city of Sanford, Fl, to John and Willie Mae Davis, passed away, Saturday, May 2, 2020. He was a Honorable Servant of the the United States Army, and our country is thankful for his service. He was a sports fan of the San Francisco 49'ers, while he also loved and enjoyed Jazz Music. Alvin loved his family, and they loved him, and he will be missed by all who knew him. He leaves to cherish his memory, 3 beautiful daughters, Michelle Rascoe, Latice Kirkland and Shameka Pennamon; 6 Brothers, Kevin Davis, Lloyd Dixon of Atlanta, GA, Earl Long of Sanford, Fl, Minister Charles Reed, Bernell  Dixon of Orlando, and Sedaren Hagiler of Sanford, Fl; 3 Sisters, Maria Davis of Sanford, Fl, Evangelist Patricia Dixon of Oviedo, Fl,  and Lenora Bush, of Sanford, Fl; 12 grand-children, and 1 great-grandchild. A host of other family members, and friends.

A visitation will take place Friday, May 15, 2020 at Peoples Funeral Home in the Mayah Chapel from 4pm til 6pm. 

Note: Due to the CDC laws for the entire Funeral Service Industry, the Visitation Service will only be a walk-through viewing from 4pm until 6pm, immediately exiting the building. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation during the pandemic 

Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, May 16, 2020 at 1pm. Services are entrusted into the compassionate hands of Peoples Funeral Home, 1001 E. 25th Street, Sanford, Fl 32771, Karen Y. Peoples, LFDIC;
