Carlos Leslie Fuller, 54, born August 11, 1967 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to David Williams and Gloria Fuller, passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2021. Carlos was a quiet and calm soul and whenever in the company of others, his presence was powerful and joyful. Carlos served in the United States Army, then continued his service through the Reserves where he served combat in Desert Storm for a long period of time. His smile would light up the hearts of all, and it was highly contagious! He loved his family, and they loved him very much. He loved to travel, Fishing, the beach, and spending time with his American Bull Dog.
