Elizabeth Henry "nee" Whitley

Elizabeth Henry neé Whitley was born January 3, 1921 in the district of Pollyground, Ewarton Township, the parish of St. Catherine, in the beautiful island home of Jamaica, West Indies. Fourth child of Robert and Ann Whitley, she was predeceased by siblings Charles, James, Hezekiah and Eva. Elizabeth was married to Harold Henry who predeceased her in December 1964. Elizabeth had seven children, Joyce, Sarah (aka Cee), Sadie, Linval, Marva (predeceased), Leighton (aka Dev) and Denise; 22 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, six great greatgrandchildren, innumerable nieces, nephews and cousins spanning several generations.  She encouraged everyone whose lives she touched.  A Celebration of life Service will take place Saturday, March 27, 2021, 4pm at Spring Meadows SDA Church; 5783 N. Ronald Reagan Blvd, Sanford, Fl; Interment will be Sunday, March 28, 2021, 11 am at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Tampa, Fl;  Arrangements are entrusted into the compassionate hands of Peoples Funeral Home, 1001 E. 25th Street, Sanford, Fl 32771; Karen Y. Whitley- Peoples,  LFDIC;
