Glendolyn A Lewis

Glendolyn A. Lewis, 58, born December 27, 1962 in Deland, Fl to James and Betty Lewis, Passed away Monday, July 19, 2021 in Deltona, Fl; Glendolyn, or known to some of you as, Ms. Glen, has always kept a smile on her face even in the most dire situations. She was sassy and played the role of the mother bear considering everyone as her own. Ms. Glen, lived a simple life mainly comprising of her children. Although she struggled financially in her life, she never allowed her children to share her stress. She carried her family with an unwavering strength she has always projected. She spoke about death as if it was an old friend she hadn't seen in awhile, and family thinks it was because she was eager to be with her mother again. It brings solace to know that they are both in heaven laughing together. Her dream was to have her ashes sprinkled in beautiful Hawaii when she dies, and her children will make sure that dream comes true. She had the most beautiful soul and was the best mother that anyone could have asked for. Glendolyn Lewis is survived by her children, Tenesha, Terry, and Tempestt as well as her beloved birds, Soulja Boy, Scarlet, and Ludacris. A visitation service will take place Saturday, July 31, 2021, from 5-7pm at Peoples Funeral Home; 1001 E. 25th, Street, Sanford, Florida 32771; Arrangements are entrusted into the compassionate hands of Peoples Funeral Home; Karen Y.
