Jacqueline A. Rosario

Jacqueline Alexandra Rosario was born at CPMC in Manhattan, NY on March 18, 1978. She attended P.S. 81 Elementary school in Riverdale, NY and completed her first 2 years of HS at Kennedy HS in the Bronx. She later moved with her family to FL where she graduated as “Prom Queen” from Pineridge HS in Deltona. At the tender age of 19years, Jacqueline was diagnosed with Lupus. Despite the multiple complications that followed, she never allowed her illness to define her or prevent her from living her life to the fullest; doing the things she wanted to do, including becoming a mother..Jacqueline, aka “Jackie”, would say her greatest accomplishment and source of joy and unconditional love was her son Elijah; who she would refer to as her “everything!”. Jackie loved spending time with Elijah, whether going to out to eat, cooking, having popcorn and movie night or watching Elijah play basketball on the court at home or away. Jackie would often sit on her favorite bench with her fur baby, Brooklyn at her side reading a favorite book, journaling or simply enjoying her quiet time. Jacqueline loved to cook, dance, and listen to music. She loved her family time, making memories with her nieces and nephews and absolutely loved girl time with her BFFs. Jacqueline passed away at the age of 43 after fighting a long and courageous battle. Jacqueline is survived by her son Elijah, her parents Gladys and John Rosario and siblings Christopher, Vanessa, Michael, John, Tony, Vivian and their respective families. She is also survived by her extended family, friends and let us not forget her fur baby - Brooklyn. A memorial service will take place, Friday, January 7, 2022, from 4-7pm in the beautiful chapel of Peoples Choice Mortuary, 1307 E. Normandy Blvd, Deltona, FL. 32725.
