Mary Ann Scott

Mary Ann Scott, 67, born April 3, 1953 in Mt. Dora, Florida, to James Johnson and Pauline Randolph, went on into her eternal rest  Friday, October 23, 2020. She was affectionately referred to as a sweetheart, and never met a stranger in her life. Her family enjoyed her comedic sense of humor, and will always remember her gift to make people laugh; most importantly, Mary Ann loved the Lord and was known for the beautiful voice that she used to praise Him. She will always be loved and will be greatly missed by all. She leaves to cherish her memory, 1 beautiful daughter, Catessa North; 3 sons, James Jones, Roderick Scott and Henry Lee Williams; 3 beautiful sisters, Carolyn(Albert)Lister, Linda Jones, and Jessie(Eddie)Simpson; a special grand-daughter who was dear to her heart, Manika Coleman, as well as a host of other grand-children, and great-grand-children she held dear to her heart, as well as other relatives and friends.; A visitation will take place Saturday, October 31, 2020, from 9-11 am, at St, Marys MBC, 917 Grant Ave, Mt. Dora, Florida;  A Celebration of Life Service following immediately at 11am. Interment is Edgewood Cemetery, Mt. Dora, FL. Arrangements entrusted into the compassionate hands of Peoples Funeral Home, 1001 E. 25th Street, Sanford, Fl 32771. Karen Y. Peoples, LFDIC.
